These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OwnerIntel platform, website (getownerintel.com), and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by OwnerIntel LLC ("OwnerIntel," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
OwnerIntel is a property owner identification and skip tracing platform that enables users to look up contact information associated with property owners, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses. The Service is available through individual (single trace) lookups and bulk file uploads.
OwnerIntel aggregates data from publicly available records, tax records, deed filings, and other verified data sources. Data is cross-referenced and validated through our data partners to provide accurate and up-to-date results. However, no data source is 100% accurate at all times, and OwnerIntel does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of any individual record.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using OwnerIntel, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify OwnerIntel immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. OwnerIntel is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to any other person or entity without prior written consent from OwnerIntel.
OwnerIntel operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are consumed when a successful lookup returns results. Credits are available for purchase as one-time credit packs or through monthly subscription plans.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize OwnerIntel and Stripe to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
For subscription plans, your account will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Due to the nature of digital data services, all purchases of credits and subscription payments are final and non-refundable. OwnerIntel does not offer refunds for unused credits, partially used credit packs, or remaining time on subscription plans.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@getownerintel.com within 30 days of the charge, and we will review your request.
OwnerIntel uses a hit-or-miss credit system. A credit is only consumed when a search returns a successful result. If a lookup does not return data for the requested property or individual, no credit is deducted from your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, state privacy laws, and any other applicable data protection regulations.

Important FCRA Notice: OwnerIntel is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq.) and the data provided by OwnerIntel does not constitute a “consumer report” as defined by the FCRA. You may not use OwnerIntel data, in whole or in part, as a factor in establishing an individual’s eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any other purpose covered by the FCRA.
OwnerIntel strives to provide accurate and current data by sourcing from verified public records and cross-referencing multiple data points through our identity data and analytics partners. However, the information provided through the Service is presented on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
OwnerIntel makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data returned through the Service. Data may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to delays in public record updates, data entry errors in source databases, and changes in property ownership that have not yet been recorded.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for independently verifying any information obtained through the Service before relying on it for any purpose.
The OwnerIntel name, logo, website design, user interface, software, and all related intellectual property are owned by OwnerIntel LLC and are protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment processors (Stripe), analytics tools, and data providers. OwnerIntel is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OwnerIntel LLC, its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if OwnerIntel has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall OwnerIntel’s total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service exceed the total amount paid by you to OwnerIntel in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OwnerIntel LLC, its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your violation of any third party’s rights, including any individual whose data is accessed through the Service.
OwnerIntel reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, non-payment, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits remaining in your account at the time of termination are forfeited and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

OwnerIntel reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Service and terminate your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with the arbitration taking place in the State of Florida.
You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, class arbitration, or any other type of representative proceeding.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OWNERINTEL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and OwnerIntel LLC with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
