Users enter the required information for one record, submit the search, and OwnerIntel returns available contact data associated with that property owner.
Users upload a CSV or Excel file with the required fields. The file is processed through the system, and once complete, the output file can be downloaded from the bulk upload page.

Yes. The system should accept close header matches where possible, but users should still follow the required format as closely as possible to avoid delays or skipped rows.
If a row is missing a required field, that row will be skipped and no credit will be deducted for it.
Yes. Bulk uploads must contain at least 10 records.
Files that do not follow the required structure may be delayed, rejected, or removed from processing. If there is an issue with your file, OwnerIntel may contact you by email.
Credits are only deducted when a successful result is returned.
A successful result means at least one phone number or one email address is returned for that search or row.
If no result is found, no credit is deducted.
Bulk jobs are typically completed within 24 hours. Files submitted outside normal business hours may be processed the next business day.
Yes. Both your uploaded input file and completed output file are saved, and completed files can be downloaded from the bulk upload page.
Search history and prior job history are stored for 6 months, then automatically removed.
Yes. OwnerIntel offers both one-time credit packs and monthly subscription plans.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. On your renewal date, your credits reset based on the plan you selected.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date. Your access will continue through the end of your current billing cycle.
